Therapeutic Yoga

Therapeutic yoga offers a gentle and supportive environment designed to help individuals reconnect deeply with their bodies, breath, and inner awareness. This transformative practice seamlessly blends key elements of Kundalini yoga, such as mindful movement, breathwork (known as pranayama), and the use of mantras, with essential trauma-informed principles.
