Meditation & Mood Boards

Your reality is shaped by what you see and do every day. When we incorporate images and visions of the things we desire and love, we actively seek those things in our daily lives. Join us for our Meditation & Mood Board event, where we will begin with a 30-minute yoga flow to ease into our bodies, followed by pranayama (breathwork) and a guided meditation.

These practices will encourage creative vision, appreciation, and contentment for what we currently have.
